Trust Pharmacy specializes in generic medications produced complying all the Indian FDA requirements.

Is it convenient to order from your store?

We take all the efforts to make our service as convenient as possible. We offer our customers to make an order online only. All the details about the ordering procedure are given on our How to Order page.

Do I need a prescription to complete an order?

We require a prescription if the drug is intended for sale with it. Every customer should send the prescription to prescription@ushcare.com. The available format is DOC, PDF, Photo.

What about your shipping rates?

The shipping rates may vary depending on the chosen product and the delivery option. For getting acquainted with the delivery fee you should place an order for the shopping cart and see what you should pay for shipping options.

Is the offered shipping international?

Trust Pharmacy offers an international delivery. If you have any questions about whether we deliver to your location or not, you’d better contact our customer care department.

Is your shipping secure?

All the products are sent in the non-transparent packages. The name of preparations is not specified as a note on the pack. We appreciate customers’ right for an absolute confidentiality.

What should I do if my parcel is missed, damaged during delivery?

The first thing you should do is to contact the customer care department. Our operator will help you cope with your problem. There are 2 solutions: reshipment and refund. The reshipment is free.

What delivery methods do you offer?

At the moment, Trust Pharmacy cooperates with 2 shipping systems: Trackable Courier Service (5 – 9 days) and Airmail service (14 – 21 days). There is a possibility to track the parcels which are delivered by an express service only. If you have any questions you are welcome to visit our Shipping Options page.

What should I do if I have not received my parcel?

If your parcel is delivered by trackable service you will get a tracking ID for controlling the delivery. If you chose regular airmail delivery, then the maximum delivery time is 30 days. In the case you have not received your order you should contact the post service near you. The post officer will examine the parcel presence. If not found Trust Pharmacy will resend your order free of charge. There is also such an option as the refund.

How can I pay for my order?

Currently, we accept Visa and MasterCard only.

Is it possible to verify the status of my order?

This option is dependent on the chosen shipping options. It is possible to track the parcels delivered by an express tracking service.
